When working with clients within an organization, we employ the following model –

  1. Preparation: Identify objectives, reporting, confidentiality, attain commitment.
  2. Assessment: Review performance data, conduct assessments/interviews (i.e., 360º feedback, behavioral profiles, strengths, etc.), and provide assessment feedback to the client.
  3. Coaching: Meet with the client, and create a development plan and work towards meeting the objectives identified, give input to the sponsor.
  4. Evaluation: Evaluate achievements against objectives, build an ongoing support system, evaluate current progress.
