Can you match my business card?

They had two requests

1. Make it simple to update
2. Make it match their existing business cards.

OK, done.  We opted for a WordPress platform that they can manage through a hosted dashboard – no html skill needed.  And we selected a nice clean template consistent with their business cards.

This allowed the client to take control of their site.  Many customers are at the mercy of their web developer.  Updates are sent to a black hole and gotten to whenever.  In this day and age, we are able to utilize complete CMS – Content Management Systems – such as WordPress to give the client authority levels within the organization to control content and editing.  In addition – WordPress offers numerous free plugins or add-ons to increase functionality.  Some of our favorites just make blogging easier – spam control, share buttons and calendars.

Ultimately, this begs the question if WordPress is so easy, why do we need you?  Theoretically, you don’t.  That’s assuming you have the time and energy to learn WordPress or Joomla! or Drupal.  But you if want to benefit from our experience on these CMS platforms, then you engage us.  And building a website is just the beginning – then we embark on keyword strategies, SEO or Search Engine Optimization, Adwords and Pay Per Click – PPC campaigns.
